More ways to connect

Although we encourage everyone to join us each week on Sunday mornings, there are many other ways to connect with us.

The Bible advises, “Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.”

Our weekly ministries offer a practical way for individuals to discover strength, encouragement, and hope on a weekly basis.

Nursery, Pre-K & K Ministry

Our Nursery & preschool ministry is for newborns through Kindergarten. They will be cared for by our loving volunteers! These classrooms are full of toys and books and we provide coloring pages and simple snacks for older children. We also have a changing table and a kids restroom.

Carol Williams

Men’s Ministry

The Monday night Men’s Bible Study seeks to encourage men in their walk with God and in fellowship with one another. Over the past few years the Men’s Bible study has delved into the books of James, Romans, Philippians, 1 and 2 Corinthians. The studies are interactive with anyone welcome to contribute or ask questions. The studies seek to help men understand the text, and find application of the scripture in their lives. Our times together are challenging, thought provoking and Biblically educational. We always close with a time of prayer for one another and anyone’s needs. Once you walk in the door, you’re no longer a stranger! Come and grow with us!

Tom Brazell

Women’s Ministry

Our purpose and vision is to nurture and develop Christ-centered relationships with other women while studying God’s Word; to mentor women to grow in faith into spiritually mature Christians; and to equip women to find a place of service and to function in God’s purposes at home, in the local church and community.

We do this with Bible studies, fellowship gatherings, discipleship and opportunities for service

Judy Brazell

Global & Local Missions

At Wellsville Full Gospel Church, we believe that missions is not just about giving, but praying and going. Our global vision is to pray for, partner with, and provide finances to those with an international vision to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Irv & Ruth Schwandt, Rehema Home (Kenya)

Irv and Ruth have dedicated over 40 years to serving in Kenya, establishing and leading Rehema Children’s Homes. In this organization, they offer children who would otherwise face limited prospects a family, a connection with the Lord, and a promising future.

Under the guidance of Irv and Ruth Schwandt, Rehema Home is committed to nurturing every child, regardless of their health condition. The Home embraces these children, providing them with love and instilling in them a sense of hope for the future. Numerous visitors who have stepped through our doors have expressed, “You are more than an orphanage; you are a true Home.”

Jonathan and Dani Bowden (Niger)

Vie Abondante’s vision is to see a church planted in every unreached village in Niger.  The Bible school is the backbone of the work.  Our vision is to see a new generation discipled, equipped and trained to take the Gospel to the most remote and unreached areas around Niger and eventually other countries in West/North Africa.  To this end we are committed to discipleship and leadership training to see our Nigerien brothers and sisters raised up to reach their nation, and beyond, for Christ.

Dan and Nancy Larkin (Tanzania and Bosnia)

Dan and Nancy have been effective missionaries in Tanzania and Bosnia.  In both places they established Bible schools to help train local leadership.  They are honored wherever they go as a true father and mother in the faith. They are currently living in the U.S. making trips to both countries to help strengthen the work.

Chris & Elise Regan (U.S.A.)

Open Door House of Prayer and Fellowship of Christian Athletes.

ODHOP is characterized by worship, prayer and cultivating healthy families.

It also includes faithfulness to the word of God, reaching beyond our four walls through local and international outreaches, while living out a lifestyle of prayer (however that may look in each season of our lives). We love the Lord’s presence so we contend to know Him more individually and in our gatherings. Our continued desire is to be a community that reveals Christ’s love, demonstrates His power everywhere we go and honors the name of Jesus Christ.

Fellowship of Christian Athletes – Uniting two passions, faith  and athletics, to impact the world for Jesus Christ. We’ve been on one mission for over 60 years.

Tom & Judy Brazell (U.S.A.)

Throughout their time with Elim Fellowship, Tom and Judy have cultivated connections with missionaries, pastors, and ministers. They plan to sustain these relationships by engaging in on-field visits and offering encouragement and support to further strengthen their bonds.

Operation Christmas Child

Operation Christmas Child is part of the Samaritans Purse ministry lead by Franklin Graham. Wellsville Full Gospel has been an active participant in this ministry for many years. Each year, coordinated by Kathi Dunham, we individually and corporately pack shoeboxes at Christmas time with school supplies, toys and toiletries to be shipped throughout the world to children in need. A booklet is placed in each box bringing them the good news of Jesus. Each one is invited to a discipleship program. Over the past 30 years more than 25 million children have prayed to receive Jesus as their Lord and Savior through the shoebox ministry.
